Mr. Givner has been practicing law for three decades and has extensive experience handling multi-million dollar negotiations and disputes involving companies based in the US, Israel, South Korea, Latin America, and Europe. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and is a graduate of Columbia University and Harvard Law School.
